Crysis 2
is one of the best games I've been playing since it was first released.
So whats
so good about the game.
Well to
start off with the amazing graphics from Crytek beats all its competitor
shooting games .
The
Campaign
The
campaign has an outstanding storyline set in the urban jungle of new york.
When i
first got the game i started it in normal mode but this was quite easy to
complete, so once i completed it i restarted the game in super soldier mode, this
was a challenge! As soon as you are seen and get shot with 3 bullets that's it
your dead, so the only way to complete the game and get all the trophies is to
stealth your way through the levels. I know this seems to be the boring way but
its the only way i completed it and got the platinum trophy.
As you go
through the levels you start to be able to use the Nanosuite attachments. See
below for more details.
Crysis 2 – Armour Nanosuit Module
Crysis 2
Armour Nanosuit module deals with protection of the player from the enemy
players or environment.
Air Stomp

Perform a
powerful downwards attack when in the air. Looks good on the eye, but very hard
to pull (Probability of dying in the air against players with good aims) though
can be a good surprise.

Highlights
Incoming Bullet Paths. You can easily back track enemy players; especially
snipers if you opt to use this module. Very handy in foliage environment where
it is very difficult to keep track of enemy snipers.

Warning When Enemy is Nearby. Can be annoying at times, since it keeps on

Nanosuit Energy with each Kill. Again something I would rather not use simply

sacrifice those few seconds recovering the Nanosuit Energy for a better
Nanosuit Module.

Crysis 2 – Stealth Nanosuit Modules
Crysis 2
Stealth Nanosuit module deals with infamous stealth mode. There are different
options available to you that enhance your Nanosuit’s Stealth.

Faster
transition in and out of stealth mode. That can actually help you a lot in
creating the distraction and getting the kills. Especially with Upgrade II you
become clearly invisible; hard to spot on while the regular stealth mode only
works well in range, very easy to spot anyone in stealth mode nearby.

Reduces
Energy Drain in Stealth Mode.

Provides
protection from enemy maximum radar bonus. You go radio silent or whatever
that’s called.

Scrambles
the radar of enemies within range. You will be radio silent more like hidden
from enemy. Few easy kills if enemy don’t anticipate someone nearby, they would
come blindly. It depends on you to use this perk effectively.

Tracker

Highlights
the footsteps of the nearby enemies. Highlighting doesn’t actually works well
and can easily confuse. Don’t follow the footsteps, you will get into trouble.
Upgrade II can make it worthwhile showing the enemy routes but it can also turn
into a trap.

whereby nearby enemies enter stealth mode. You can track nearby enemies in

Crysis 2
Power Nanosuit module includes all the Nanosuit modules that enhance your
suit’s power.

additional magazine of primary ammunition to be carried. Rather practice with
your secondary and look for the guns on the battlefield.

Allows an
additional grenade or explosive to be carried.

additional attachment ammunition to be carried.
Point
Fire Enhance III
Reduces
the spread of Primary weapons when shooting from the Hip. Steady Aim – helps
with Sub Machine Guns to start with. If you don’t like to aim down sight, this
perk can actually come in handy.

100+ unlocks.
Multiplayer
game play is on the lines of COD but with better perks and also with stealth
enhance and Armour mode.
Starting
off with playing online with other players i started off going in the beginners
rank with players only going up to rank 10 and then start to play with the real
people.
Kill as
many people as you can to gain EX Points to unlock modules and weapons.
I
struggled at first when i first went online, getting used to the gameplay and
working out the weapons and the best modules for the nanosuit. Play around with
the modules, try and find the best attachments for you.
Personally
i started off with,Mobility Enhance,Stealth Enhance and Proximity
Alarm,this worked well for me i was getting around 15 kills and 9 deaths
per game until my energy ran out quickly, i changed Proximity Alarm with
Energy Transfer this made my gaming alot better with getting in my 30+
kills and 10 deaths, i personally think this set up is the best.
The guns
which work for me best is scarab with grenade launcher, iron sight, reflex
sight gets in the way abit so ironsight works better, the feline is an amazing
weapon but runs out of bullets so quick.
Also what
i have noticed is people using (Rapid Fire Controllers) known as Evil
controllers which turns handguns,shotguns and the Grendel into automatic
weapons.
Whats the
point, if you cant play the game dont play it!
There is
also a controller called the (Avenger controller) your original controller fits
into the case with antenna's coming off circle triangle and square. with two
strings coming off L1 and R1 so you use your little fingers for aiming and
firing so you dont have to take your thumbs off the analogue sticks, these
controllers were designed for people with dis-advantages moving around the
controller with there fingers, but advance gamers have took it to another level
in using the avenger controller and dominating the gameplay with fast movement
and skill.
Crysis 3
To be
Released 08 February 2013 lets see how it compares to Crysis 2. Campaign and
mulitplayer, with the new signature Crysis 3 bow, bow attachment and the
Typhoon - gun that fires 500 bullets per second.
